🔧 Repairs – No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any BCM (Body Control Module) repairs once the service has been completed.

⚠️ Reasons Why Refunds Are Not Offered for Repairs:

  1. Irreversible Labour and Electronic Work
    BCM repairs involve diagnostic labour, soldering, software reprogramming, and circuit-level interventions. Once completed, these services cannot be undone or “returned.”

  2. Component-Specific Nature of Repairs
    BCM faults are often intermittent or caused by multiple vehicle factors (e.g., wiring, power supply, or CAN network faults). If the repaired unit still shows faults, it does not necessarily mean the repair was unsuccessful.

  3. Testing Limitations
    We fully bench-test each repaired BCM before returning it. However, we cannot simulate all in-vehicle conditions, and some issues may only arise due to external vehicle factors (e.g., incorrect installation, voltage drops, or unrelated ECU errors).

  4. Tampering & Installation Risks
    Once a unit has been reinstalled, we cannot verify that it has not been damaged, flashed incorrectly, or shorted. Refunds are therefore not viable once the module leaves our control.

🔁 Replacement Units – Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available only for replacement BCMs (not repairs) if the following conditions are met:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Unit is unused, uninstalled, and returned within 14 days of purchase

  • A fault is present upon delivery and verified by our team

  • Return is pre-approved in writing

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • The BCM has been installed, programmed, or physically modified

  • The issue results from your vehicle’s electrical system, not the module

  • The return is initiated after 14 days

  • You are returning a used core that has been tampered with or damaged

📦 Return Process (For Eligible Replacements)

  1. Contact us to request a return authorisation.

  2. Ship the product securely with a tracking reference.

  3. Once we inspect and approve the return, a refund (minus shipping/handling) will be issued within 7–10 business days.

📝 Important Notes

  • Labour, diagnostics, and software costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the returned unit fails our inspection.
